Handcrafted arts and crafts will be featured at this annual outdoor festival.  Entertainment and programs to include:  ***Dr. Mary Walker in Person Time: 11:30 - 12:30   Civil War surgeon Dr. Mary Walker will be portrayed by Sharon Dougherty and will include an engaging and entertaining reenactment of surgical procedure on the battle field during the Civil War. She will also inform those in attendance about the difficulties of mid 19th century medical practices. Dr. Mary walker is the only female to receive the Congressional Medal of Honor.  ***Vic Schioppo and friends Time: 1pm-2:30pm  Songs from the War Years WWI 1914-1918 and WWII 1941-194  The Fort Delaware Cornet Band Time: 3pm - 5pm  This award winning Civil War era brass band will perform music associated with the Civil War era 1861-1865 playing original or reproduction period instruments.
